The drama off-screen is beginning to rival the plotlines on Bravo. PK Kemsley has officially responded to estranged wife Dorit Kemsley’s divorce filing—and he’s pushing back hard on her custody demands. PK Kemsley Fights Dorit for Joint Custody Amid Escalating Divorce Battle In court documents filed Friday and obtained exclusively by TMZ, PK requested joint custody of their two children, Jagger, 11, and Phoenix, 9. This stands in direct contrast to Dorit’s original filing, in which she asked for sole custody. PK made it clear he’s not stepping aside easily, asserting his desire to remain an equal co-parent. He’s also taking a firm stance on finances. According to the filing, PK waived his right to spousal support and requested the court deny Dorit’s bid for it as well. Furthermore, he proposed that “each party pay their own attorneys’ fees and legal costs,” indicating an effort to keep the legal battle financially balanced. Both parties cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split—a phrase as common in Hollywood divorce filings as red carpets and paparazzi. But the lack of a prenuptial agreement, as previously reported by TMZ, could make the division of assets far more complicated. The split comes shortly after PK, 57, was seen in a steamy public kiss with Amazing Race alum Shana Wall, an incident that quickly made headlines and may have accelerated the unraveling of the marriage. PK Kemsley Fights Dorit for Joint Custody Amid Escalating Divorce Battle Dorit, 48, filed for divorce on April 25, 2025, and the couple—who wed in March 2015—publicly confirmed their separation the following month. In a joint Instagram statement, they wrote, “We as a couple have been subject to a lot of speculation about our marriage.” As the custody battle heats up, one thing is clear: this Real Housewives breakup is shaping up to be anything but amicable.

After years of lighting up The Real Housewives of Atlanta as a “friend of,” Shamea Morton is finally holding a peach in Season 16—and she’s not holding back. Known for her light-hearted energy, deep faith, and loyalty, Shamea Morton is now opening up about one of the season’s most emotional storylines: her fractured friendship with longtime best friend, Porsha Williams. Shamea Morton Opens Up About “Hurtful” Fallout With Porsha Williams: “After 20 Years of Friendship, I Still Didn’t Get That Grace” “To finally be here on this platform, living in my truth, in my true authentic self and just showcasing everything from my family to my friendships to my faith is just such an honor,” Morton told Decider in a recent interview. But alongside the glamor and growth comes undeniable tension—especially with Williams. The two, who’ve been friends for over two decades, have seen cracks forming in their bond, from subtle shade to painful miscommunications. In one scene, Williams shows up late to Morton’s birthday party; in another, she interrupts Morton’s debut of her new song with a dismissive comment. And things only get more complicated in the midseason trailer, where newcomer Angela Oakley tells Porsha that Morton feels their relationship is “lopsided.” Morton says the way that moment played out was misleading—and deeply disappointing. “These are things that I do feel. However, I’ve never voiced them to Angela. These are Angela’s words and that’s the disappointing thing,” Morton explained. “Angela is afraid of Porsha for whatever reason. She can’t express that, ‘OK, looking at your friendship, this is how I feel about your friendship.’ She’s taking it back to Porsha as if this is how I feel when she’s asking probing questions to me, like, ‘Oh, well, I saw Porsha didn’t come to your wedding.’ And I’m like, ‘That’s true. That was hurtful. That was a bump in our friendship, but we moved past it.’ [She’s like], ‘Well, don’t you feel like it’s a little lopsided?’ At times. But we’re good.” According to Morton, Angela took that nuanced exchange and turned it into a narrative that wasn’t hers to tell. “Now that’s been taken to, ‘Oh, Shamea feels like this and she came to me and said this.’ And I’m like, ‘Girl, I would never. I don’t even know you. I’m just getting to know you, why would I wanna come and confide in you about my best friend? What you’re doing is picking our friendship apart.’” Morton says this dynamic wasn’t isolated. “A few of the ladies have done that, but the disappointing part about it all is that [Porsha has] allowed it,” she said. “If they’ve come to me, I’ve shut it down. I’m like, ‘Yeah, this happened, but we’re good.’ The fact that she opens up and she’s like, ‘Yeah,’ and crying about it with them, it is unfortunate because she never gave me the grace to call me and say, ‘Hey, this is what they’re saying. Is it true?’” Shamea Morton Opens Up About “Hurtful” Fallout With Porsha Williams: “After 20 Years of Friendship, I Still Didn’t Get That Grace” She continued, “Give me the benefit of the doubt. Give me the grace that I’ve extended to you and let’s talk about it if we’re real friends and if you want the friendship. I think that’s the thing that [was] the most hurtful part about it all because after 20 years of friendship I still didn’t get that grace.” When asked about those accusing her of being “too loyal” or even a “lap dog” to Porsha over the years, Morton remained unapologetic. “I would rather be accused of being a puppet, a lap dog, too loyal, than to be accused of being a bad friend,” she said. “I operate in love and from a good space… I’m gonna try to be the friend that I want you to be to me. And if it’s reciprocated, I’m happy, but if it’s not, that’s not my fight.” “I love this person to the point where it made me look like a bad—puppet and lap dog,” she added. “And that’s just what it is. I don’t feel bad for it, because we all want a loyal friend, right?” With rumors swirling about former castmate Phaedra Parks possibly returning—and given her history with both women—Morton was also asked whether that could affect things further. “I would hope not,” she said, “but I think at this point anything with Porsha is going to affect our friendship because she’s just so open to letting people pick it apart.” Morton, however, is choosing to focus on peace. “I’m gonna continue to operate in love and I’m going to meet them where they are. If they continue to show kindness and they’re not shady to me, I won’t be shady or nasty to them. Yeah, I’m all about meeting them where they are now. I’m over it. I’ve given enough grace.” As Season 16 unfolds, fans will have to watch and see whether this long-standing friendship can be repaired—or whether it marks the end of an era.

Rumors swirled this week that The Real Housewives of New York City was headed for an unceremonious end — but Andy Cohen and Bravo wants fans to know the door isn’t closed just yet. Andy Cohen & Bravo Shuts Down RHONY Cancellation Rumors: “Not True!” “Nothing is official. The show hasn’t been cancelled,” a Bravo spokesperson clarified to PEOPLE on May 9, pushing back against a Page Six report that claimed the network had shelved the show with only vague “hopes” of reconfiguring it in the future. An unnamed insider did admit, however, “We’re trying to figure that show out. We want to figure it out. We think there’s still life in it.” Cast member Sai De Silva took to Instagram to quash the speculation in her own way, sharing a screenshot of a text asking if RHONY had really been pulled off the air. Her response? “It’s just fake news.” The latest season of RHONY, which premiered in 2023, marked a major reboot of the long-running franchise. The cast was completely refreshed with new faces including Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taank, Ubah Hassan, Erin Dana Lichy, and De Silva herself — part of Bravo’s effort to breathe new life into a show that had been on the air since 2008. Earlier franchise star Bethenny Frankel, who helped define the original RHONY era, weighed in with her own take via TikTok. “It is the end of an era, for me personally, and for that show which was an alchemy of disaster,” she said, reflecting on the show’s transformation and apparent limbo. Andy Cohen & Bravo Shuts Down RHONY Cancellation Rumors: “Not True!” “It was a flawed group of women in a flawed city authentically being ourselves — unhinged, unmatched, shockwaves through the real socialite community in New York and the media,” Frankel continued. But she didn’t shy away from criticism of the rebooted format, suggesting the network “cast this glossy, curated version of what they thought people wanted New York City to be.” In the words of RHONY’s original queen bee: “Bye, New York. You will be missed.” After The Cut published an article bidding farewell to The Real Housewives of New York, Andy Cohen responded with a playful correction, saying, ‘This is a cute story—except it’s not cancelled.’ Bravo’s current message, however, leaves the possibility open that RHONY could return — perhaps with another shakeup. As executive producer Andy Cohen put it back in 2022, “We’ve spent a lot of time figuring out where to go. And the plan that we’ve come up with, I think, is a real gift to the fans.” Whether that gift ever gets unwrapped remains to be seen.

Reality TV feuds don’t just play out on screen—they spill into podcasts and Instagram comments too. The latest tension? The Valley star Michelle Saniei and Vanderpump Rules’ Scheana Shay are taking a stand after Real Housewives alums Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge launched into a harsh critique of Michelle’s role on the Bravo spinoff. Michelle Saniei and Scheana Shay Clap Back at Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge’s Harsh Criticism: “I Am a Real Person” During the May 7 episode of Two Ts in a Pod, Teddi didn’t hold back: “I wish Michelle would talk about something other than Jesse. I’m like, ‘You two, please start talking about anybody else.’” Michelle Saniei and Scheana Shay Clap Back at Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge’s Harsh Criticism: “I Am a Real Person” Tamra chimed in with even harsher words, calling Michelle robotic: “Well, Michelle knows how to suck the air out of every scene she’s in, and I think she’s AI… Michelle never showing any emotion is just so bizarre to me. It’s like, ‘Hello? Do you have a pulse in there? Is there something going on? Do we need to change your batteries?’” Teddi doubled down, adding, “Every time I watch her, I’m like, ‘I miss Botox so much.’” Their comments didn’t sit well with Michelle—who responded directly after the podcast clip was shared on Instagram. “Hi! I am a real person! A human being, not AI,” she wrote sarcastically. “You really don’t know me, but thanks for the support. Real girls girl.” She went on to reveal the emotional weight she’s been carrying behind the scenes: “I was going through a nasty divorce and my mom was in chemo. And btw I’ve never done Botox in my life.” Scheana Shay came to Michelle’s defense, calling out Teddi and Tamra for their lack of empathy. “Those who actually KNOW you, know this and love you for YOU! You’d think women who have been on reality TV would understand that there’s always more to the story than shown,” she wrote. “I get it, they’re doing their job but it’s WILD to me how people are siding w Jesse. They just don’t know the whole story… yet.” Scheana also reminded fans that Michelle’s storyline isn’t one-note, pointing to moments that showed her in a more positive light: “What else is she supposed to talk about when Jesse is literally terrorizing her at every turn? ALSO: she had a sweet and nice scene with [boyfriend Aaron Nosler]. [Let’s] not…” In reply to a fan defending Michelle, Scheana added: “Yep! And just bc that’s what we are seeing doesn’t mean that’s all she talks about. Trust me.” In the ever-dramatic Bravo universe, it seems this latest clash is just one more reminder: There’s always more going on than what’s edited into a 42-minute episode.

In a move drawing both attention and controversy, former President Donald Trump has appointed several new members to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council—including reality TV personality Siggy Flicker, best known for her time on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. RHONJ alum Siggy Flicker The appointments, announced on May 5, include Tila Falic, Rabbi Nate Segal, Lee Lipton, Jackie Zeckman, and Siggy Flicker. Trump also reappointed financial executive Jonathan Burkan, originally placed on the board in 2019. Burkan, honorary chairman of the Israel Heritage Foundation, returns to the role with Trump’s endorsement. Trump praised the new appointees on his social media platform Truth Social, declaring: “They are all strong supporters of Israel, and will ensure we, NEVER FORGET.” The announcement follows the April 29 dismissal of prior appointees to the museum board, who were selected under President Joe Biden. Trump’s decision to replace them with 13 new members—including known supporters and allies—has reignited debate over politicization of national institutions. Siggy Flicker One of the most talked-about appointments is Flicker, whose Instagram bio reads “#1 Trump Supporter.” Her profile features a photo of her with the former president, proudly holding an Israeli flag. In a May 8 Instagram post, Flicker expressed her gratitude: “Thank you to the best President for appointing me to serve on the Holocaust Committee. As the daughter of a Holocaust survivor, this isn’t just an honor—it’s deeply personal. My father’s story is a reminder that silence is never an option. I carry his legacy with me, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to help preserve the truth and fight Jew-hatred.”

Bravo’s reality empire is expanding once again—this time to the smallest state in the U.S., but with some seriously big personalities. Andy Cohen is already hyping The Real Housewives of Rhode Island as a standout addition to the franchise, promising fans a fresh twist on familiar drama. Andy Cohen “The cast is incredible,” Cohen told Page Six exclusively at a Cinema Society screening of Lilly on Wednesday night. “They are very Italian. Rhode Island is such a small state, and they all kind of know each other and overlap, and it’s an incredible group of women who have really interesting connections. I think it’s going to really surprise people.” Andy Cohen acknowledged the obvious comparisons to The Real Housewives of New Jersey, especially given the shared Italian-American roots and family dynamics. But he made sure to point out what sets the new show apart. Real Housewives of New Jersey cast season 4 “Well, they’re in Rhode Island. It’s coastal,” he said, adding that the cast is even “more Italian” with “deep families.” Still, the Bravo boss admitted that RHORI has the same kind of spark that first drew fans to RHONJ. “It does kind of remind you of early ‘Jersey’ in a weird way,” he said. Of course, fans familiar with the franchise’s history couldn’t help but wonder if Bravo handled background checks more carefully this time—especially after RHONJ star Teresa Giudice and her then-husband Joe ended up behind bars. “When we started ‘Jersey,’ nobody had [done] anything illegal,” Andy Cohen said. But he conceded that things are different now. “As the show has evolved,” he explained, “the diligence has evolved.” The Real Housewives of Rhode Island will mark the 12th installment in Bravo’s long-running franchise, which began with The Real Housewives of Orange County in 2006. Cohen was in attendance at Wednesday’s NeueHouse screening to support his longtime friend John Benjamin Hickey, who stars in Lilly alongside Patricia Clarkson. The star-studded event also brought out Hillary Clinton, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick, Gayle King, Jim Parsons, John Slattery, Victor Garber, Cherry Jones, Tony Shalhoub, and Katie Couric.
