When Kim Gravel goes live on QVC, viewers know they are in for a shopping party.Whether she’s sharing stories about her family with the program host, complimenting the models’ outfits or joking with the producers behind the scenes, Gravel, 53, makes it a priority to make everyone feel welcomed and part of the show.
“I’m all about community,” Gravel exclusively shared with Us Weekly before her next Today’s Special Value on Saturday, May 24. “I love family and these customers — I don’t even want to call them customers — I call them our girls and our friends, because we have really done life with these people. It’s not a business. It’s a family. It’s a community, and the business just happens because we are in the people business. We’re not in the product business.”
Ever since she launched her fashion brand, Belle by Kim Gravel, in 2016, followed by her beauty brand, Love Who You Are, Gravel has reached $1 billion in sales.
She is a staple on QVC’s Fashion Days and continues to expand with products in the home department. More items are expected to be released for the shopping network’s annual Christmas in July celebration.
“When [the viewer] tunes into QVC, she knows Kim’s gonna be there and honest,” Gravel said. “One time I was sitting on there, and I just looked at the camera and said, ‘Look, y’all. If you don’t want this, you ain’t got the money, don’t buy it.’ And I remember in my ear, the producer said, ‘Spike in sales.’ I think that we built trust with each other.”

For more proof, just wait for the moments when QVC takes phone calls from shoppers during live broadcasts.
Time and time again, women of all ages share their testimonials of how Gravel’s flexibelle or tripleluxe fabrication transforms their wardrobe and the way they feel.
One time, Gravel was shocked to hear a man on the other line, sharing how much his wife loves her clothes.
“This gentleman called in, and he said, ‘Kim, my wife does not know I had called you, but my wife is fine. Her butt looks so good.’ His name was Mike. I’ll never forget it,” Gravel shared with Us. “It went company-wide after the call, but he was just saying, ‘Thank you for making my wife look hot.’”

A more recent caller said she purchased floral embroidered jeans, even though she was in hospice with an estimated two weeks to live.
“She said, ‘I bought these jeans because I’m gonna watch my granddaughter walk across the stage and get her college diploma,’” Gravel recalled. “Needless to say she don’t have them jeans on easy pay. We mailed her those jeans. … Only at QVC.”
As Gravel kicks off another year as one of QVC’s Q50 ambassadors — a woman over 50 who aims to empower her peers with shopping adventures and inspiring insights along the way — the mother of two vows to remain her authentic, honest self.

Along the way, she hopes to uplift spirits and deliver products that allow women to look and feel their best.
“I am the customer,” she explained. “I am a middle aged woman who is looking to have her butt look lifted. I’m looking for slimming looking jeans. So for me, it’s never been, ‘Oh, I’m selling you something.’ It’s been, ‘Let’s have fun. Let’s have some girlfriend time and let me make you be the best you can be.’”

The Voice has officially found its winner for season 27.During the season finale on Tuesday, May 20, host Carson Daly gathered alongside finalists Renzo (Team John Legend), Lucia Flores-Wiseman (Team Adam Levine), Jadyn Cree (Team Michael Bublé), Jaelen Johnston (Team Kelsea Ballerini) and Adam David (also Team Michael) to see who would be crowned the next winner of the NBC reality series.
After millions of votes from across the country were counted, Adam David was announced the winner of The Voice.
The results come after the finalists had the opportunity to perform two songs each on Monday, May 19.
Jadyn — who is the daughter of Season 25 artist Bryan Olesen — brought the ‘80s back with her performance of “Come On Eileen” by Dexys Midnight Runners.
“You’re a star,” Michael shared after the performance. “Everything you are just comes through. You lead with light.”
Meanwhile, John praised Renzo’s rendition of Lenny Kravitz’s “Fly Away” at the start of the show. “We heard so much texture and beauty at the beginning of the performance,” he explained. “You’re the show starter this week.”

Although Jaelen accidentally flubbed some of the words during his performance of “What Was I Thinkin’” by Dierks Bentley, his coach offered supportive comments during the live telecast.
“I know you had a moment early on when you got nervous, but the way you recovered is all that matters,” Kelsea shared. “You really showed up. I’m so proud of you.”
Regardless of what the votes would reveal later in the week, Adam praised Lucia’s journey on the show after she performed songs from Pink Floyd and Billie Eilish.
“I’ve wanted you to stay pure throughout this competition,” he said during the live show, “and that’s exactly what you did.”
For Michael, who was the only coach with two team members in the finals, he also offered his support to Adam David during the telecast. “America, go and vote,” Michael pleaded. “This young man has worked his butt off. He’s one of my favorite singers.”
